Active Child Moves, Smart Math

Smart in math to be one of the advantages a child who is actively engaged. In this case the children who are obese or overweight.

Regular exercise increase the ability of children who are overweight, which is usually just sit quietly, to think, make plans, it can even grow in math. Thus the findings of researchers at the Georgia Health Sciences University.
Why should math? Not explained why, but the main reason is because mathematics is a subject that has a higher level of difficulty compared to other subjects and also requires more concentration to learn.
The researchers also hoped that not only obese children who should undergo exercise every day, but also those who was mediocre. The study was based on observations of 171 overweight children aged 7 to 11 years.
After doing the exercise every day, there is a very significant development in terms of fitness and skills in mathematics. According to the Central Pysch site, after the MRI scans of brains of children, there is increased brain activity in prefrontal cortex, an area that is usually used to think.
In addition, IQ was increased. The more often they exercise, the higher the IQ. On average an increase of 3.8 points for those who practice 40 minutes per day after school, for three months.
Sports that do can be diverse: the hula hoop, running, jumping rope, and other sports, including swimming and cycling.
All of the sport also makes the brain more active stimulation. Everything from the movement which carried out which then makes blood flow more smoothly, so that oxygen supply was smooth as well.
In essence, a child could not move if the brain is not active. To be active, required oxygen, and so on. It all becomes interconnected. Therefore, if there are children who are overweight, do not let them sit still. Invite to move as often as possible.
