Complex carbohydrates are absorbed more slowly than simple carbohydrates, so the blood sugar levels remain stable.
3. Apple

4. Beans

5. Cinnamon

6. Fish
Fish (like salmon and tuna) is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids - healthy fats that reduce the risk of heart disease, reduce inflammation, and improve insulin resistance.
7. Chili
In a study published in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Australian researchers found that include chili in the regular diet every day will help lower blood sugar after eating a meal.
