Heart Disease, Something Can Be Avoided

Heart disease is often considered a disease of the aged. However, young people should not ignore it because the disease is caused by narrowing of blood vessels that occurs over decades due to modern lifestyles.
Most heart disease caused by narrowing of coronary arteries. So, what causes these arteries to narrow? "Poor diet became one of the main keys to keeping cholesterol levels healthy heart. One of them is eating regular food rich in fiber, particularly soluble fiber to lower cholesterol," said Budhi.

1. Stop smoking
Maybe this is the best step you can do to prevent heart disease. Smokers who had quit smoking a year, the risk is reduced by half for a heart attack. After 15 years of quitting smoking, your risk for dying from heart disease as those who never smoked. Also, try not to become passive smokers.
2. Regular exercise
There are many reasons why exercise heart healthy. First, regular exercise will lower cholesterol and blood pressure. You also can obtain the ideal weight of this activity. Exercise at least 30 minutes every day.

4. Lower blood pressure

5. Control stress
Stress can make your heart suffer. There are many ways to relieve stress, such as exercise, rest, take a deep breath, meditation, or yoga.
