High levels of pectin in apples may even help slow down digestion and gives a feeling of satiety. Pears contain 12 percent more vitamin C than any intake per day. This fruit can help maintain the amount of body fat percentage.
3. Natural peanut butter
Natural peanut butter is loaded with protein and fiber. Both the content of this will help you feel full and still maintain this feeling for longer. Naturally, you will eat less. Research shows, people who regularly adding nuts to the diet of 500 calories will eat less, and increase your metabolism by 11 percent. However, stay alert while choosing peanut butter. 4. Black pepper
