Sports Brief Lose Weight Faster

Most of the people who regularly exercise to lose weight will be disappointed with the result, if the effort is not barengi with dietary changes.
Hard sports in general can only reduce a little weight. In the new study on physical activity and weight loss, it is known that exercise actually have an impact on weight reduction if its duration slightly.
To reach the conclusion, researchers from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, gathered a group of men who are obese and have a sedentary lifestyle, a segment of the population is currently increasing worldwide.

The study participants were aged between 20-30 years. They came to the laboratory study to measure body fat, metabolic rate, aerobic, and general health. The participants even fat but not obese. They also do not suffer from diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease.
Then they were randomly divided into an exercise group and which are not. The non-exercise control group returned to their regular activities, which means not changing diet and physical activity.
The second group during the 13 weeks of exercise every day for 30 minutes or until they managed to burn 300 calories. Type of exercise varies between jogging, cycling, and much more.
In the third group, they exercise harder. They routinely practice to burn 600 calories.
The whole exercise was a man of the group also were not asked to change their diet for 13 weeks. Even so they were asked to keep a journal of what foods are consumed. At the end of the study, all participants take measurements of health again.
In the sedentary group, as one might expect their body fat percentage has not changed. While the men who worked hard, managed to average down about 2.2 pounds.
While men of a group exercise or 30 minutes a day, lost weight 3.2 pounds. This means that although the number of calories burned slightly, but the effect on weight loss is very significant.
According to Mads Rosenkilde lead researcher, from a food journal looks male participants from strenuous exercise group actually eat more.
"Exercise can make the body a short burn calories without changing it too much. Conversely, long duration exercise will keep your hunger because there is no stimulus to replace the energy lost," he said.
Even so, men who exercise 60 minutes every day have more muscle than a brief workout. More muscle in the long run have a positive impact to speed up the metabolism so that weight can be decreased.
