It Nourish Sperm Protein

This is good news for men who have been unable to provide offspring. Recent research experts had found an important protein that is able to improve the quality of the fertility of men.
By adding this vital protein in sperm infertile, male infertility cases will be resolved. Tues spema the infertile would have hope to fertilize the egg, and dramatically increase the chance of pregnancy.
As reported in the journal Fertility and Sterility, researchers from Cardiff University, UK claim to have discovered an important protein known as PLC-zeta (PLCz). Protein was transferred by healthy sperm during the process of egg fertilization. Protein is what started the process called "egg activation", paving the way for all the biological processes necessary for embryonic development. This important finding was believed to give hope to couples undergoing IVF to improve the chances of pregnancy.

Researchers explained that the egg can not be fertilized by sperm from the disruption PLCz. It is also similar to some cases of male infertility can be overcome by adding an active protein. The results showed that the addition of protein to stimulate PLCz fertilization process and significantly increase the chances of pregnancy.
"We found some men are infertile because their sperm fail to activate eggs. Though their sperm together with the egg, not happen. Sperm may lack certain functions PLCz version," said Professor Tony Lai from Cardiff University.
"In the lab, we were able to prepare PLCz active human protein. When the eggs are not fertile PLCz injected with human eggs reacted exactly as they should at fertilization, resulting in the development of embryos to the blastocyst stage, which is essential for successful pregnancy," he added.
Lai added that although research is still limited in the laboratory, but in principle this method could be used in fertility clinics in exactly the same way. Looking ahead, Lai hopes to produce PLCz of protein and use it to stimulate egg pengaktivan way completely natural.
