7 Diseases Requiring Help in Healing Antioxidant

6. CancerHigh intake of fruit and vegetables protect against cancer risk. But for people who are undergoing chemotherapy to treat cancer, high intake of antioxidants might inhibit chemotherapy treatments because the process is done by using free radicals to destroy cancer cells.
7. Bone DiseaseRecent research has found that the antioxidants in green tea can make bones stronger as you age. Green tea may also reduce inflammation and pain in rheumatoid arthritis.
