Beware of Stress in the Office Trigger Heart Attack

A recent study conducted by researchers in Spain shows workplace stress can increase the risk of cardiovascular health that trigger heart attacks.

The study claims a stressful situation improve blood fat levels. Researchers claim that abnormal levels of blood fats associated with dyslipidemia, abnormal lipoprotein and lipid levels in the blood.

In that study, approximately 90 thousand employees involved. Researchers analyzed how much pressure they felt during work.

"Employees who reported having difficulty adjusting to the job for 12 months (8.7 percent of the sample) had a higher risk of suffering from dyslipidemia," said the psychologist, Carlos Catalina PressTV reported.


The study also revealed that employees working in the stress will have bad cholesterol (LDL) is higher. While the good cholesterol (HDL) will be lower.

The study was conducted by researchers from the Sociedad de Prevencion de Ibermutuamur. They work closely with experts from the hospital Virgen de la Victoria Hospital (Malaga) and the University of Santiago de Compostela.
