7 Food Makers Gas in Stomach

Flatulence so often out of gas or maybe embarrassing fart, but it's very normal. All the average person pass gas more than 20 times a day. But there are times when the gut produce more gas, one of which currently is the kind of food you eat gas-producing foods.
Although the gas-producing foods, but by limiting portions and eat slowly, the risk of a full stomach gas can be reduced. Here are seven foods that produce a lot of gas in the stomach:

1. Vegetables
Sugar content in some vegetables can trigger stomach gas while to digest. 4. Milk and its derivatives
Milk and its products contain a sugar called lactose that can be difficult to digest when the body does not have enough lactase enzyme. Dairy products such as cheese, ice cream, and yogurt.

5. Oatmeal

6. Beans
