This situation is Triggering Desire Smoking

There are certain situations that can make us be triggered to smoke. And we are determined to quit smoking. When faced with this situation try the following tips:

1. Avoid this situation.
For example, if you smoke while you're driving, try biking to school, road, or take the bus for a few weeks. If you usually smoke after eating, find other after eating habits such as reading or calling a friend.

2. Change the location of hanging.
If you and your friends used to smoke in restaurants, sit in the no smoking area.

3. Replace cigarettes with something else.
It is difficult to get used to the hand not holding anything and mouth does not do anything. If you encounter this problem, chew sugar-free gum, toothpicks play, or sucking on lollipops.
