Hibiscus tea Lowering Blood Pressure

Hibiscus is preferred because of its beauty. Preferably at the same time because of its healing properties. Many species of hibiscus that has been used in traditional medicine, in addition to the flowers can also be used beverage can lower blood pressure.

Hibiscus tea is also good for heart health. Ingredients:
Air 4 cc
3 tablespoons dried hibiscus or hibiscus fresh 4-5
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon sugar
1 orange

How to make:
Boil water and fill the shoes flowers and cinnamon. Boil for 20 minutes. Strain hibiscus and cinnamon. Add the sugar and juice of citrus fruits. Ready to be served hot or cold.
