Proven avocado Can Lower Cholesterol

Benefits of avocado for health has been known for a long time. This time the research was again proves, avocados can lower bad cholesterol levels in the body.

Director of Nutrition of the Hass Avocado Board, Dr. Nikki Ford said, the avocado is a healthy food that should be a menu in a balanced diet.

According to him, fresh avocados can be a permanent solution to maintain normal cholesterol. Avocado is a fruit that is delicious and rich in fiber.
