Foods Antidote Cancer

Every year cancer affects millions of people around the world. Although the deadly disease has no precise cause of origin, various reasons such as poor diet, nutritional deficiencies, and heavy toxic food consumption may contribute.

While many may argue that nothing can be done to stop the cancer, but there is always something to try. Start with foods that can be included in the daily diet that might help prevent cancer.

Broccoli

As reported by the Indian Express page, Monday (9/7), green vegetables are helpful in fighting prostate cancer, colon and bladder. It is rich in fiber and contains sulforaphane, a very powerful compound that boosts the body's protective enzymes and secretes cancer-causing chemicals.

Orange

Oranges contain vitamin C and antioxidants, which are necessary to prevent cancer. Eating citrus-rich fruits can reduce the risk of many other diseases such as reducing cholesterol, losing weight and making skin look younger. Note, when eating grapefruit do not mix it with other foods so that your body can consume its benefits completely.

Green tea

Green tea is full of antioxidants and helps prevent esophageal cancer, lung, mouth, liver, pancreas and prostate. It further contains polyphenols that help in cell replication and have anti-cancer properties

Ginger

Ginger can actually fool cancer cells to kill themselves? In addition, ovarian cancer cell blocks develop, limiting their ability to spread. Ginger also helps in reducing nausea and motion sickness and should be included in the daily diet.

Garlic

Onions have some antibacterial properties that can help ward off cancer in some way and stop cancer cells from multiplication. Helps kill breast cancer cells, colon, esophagus, and stomach.

Bluberi

Like oranges, blueberries are also rich in antioxidants. They neutralize free radicals, unstable compounds that can damage cells and cause cancer.

Apple

This fruit has many benefits against disease and helps kill prostate and breast cancer cells.

Salmon

Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and is rich in vitamins, proteins and selenium, all of which help prevent liver cancer. Further, as well as reduce the risk of heart attack.

Nuts

Lentils help prevent bowel and breast cancer. They also help the body produce enzymes that have anti-cancer benefits and help regulate blood sugar levels.
