How Influential Food on Mood

Is it true that too many children mengasup sweet foods will not be silent? Most parents would answer "true". Unfortunately, studies have not shown a link between sugar with hyperactivity. However, food does affect mood.

"The link between emotions and food is not a myth. People would eat to feel better, the terms," said Sherry L.Pagoto PhD, an expert in the field of disease prevention.

Here is the effect of what we eat with feelings and emotions.
