Press the Adverse Effect of Sugar, rutinlah Walking 12,000 Steps

People who like to consume beverages containing added sugar, such as soft drinks, have a risk of various diseases. However, these risks can be minimized if you want to move and routine walk at least 12,000 steps every day.

Additional sugars such as high fructose syrup is usually used as a sweetener in processed foods and almost all kinds of soft drinks. This sweetener is metabolized in the liver. In this organ fructose is converted into fatty acids most of whom live in the liver and lead to fatty liver disease.

The rest of the fatty acids was going to move to salurah blood and metabolic damage. Research has shown that consumption of fructose in moderation dangerous to blood sugar levels, increase fat around the abdomen, obesity, improve cholesterol, and other metabolic disorders.

Even so, the study also shows the result of interaction between physical activity and fructose. Through physical activity and sedentary lifestyle, there will be changes in the way the body uses energy, including fructose.

Research conducted by Dr.Amy Bidwell, shows, if someone frequently mengasup drinks containing fructose and rarely move, there will be an increase in cholesterol and inflammation levels in the body.

In the second study, published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, additional sweeteners known bad effects are not visible if someone would actively move. In this study they walk 12,000 steps each day.

When they walk routine, cholesterol and blood sugar levels remain normal even though they are quite a lot of them mengasup foods containing added sugar.

"If you have trouble cutting back on food and drinks containing added sugar, then make sure you also diligent exercise and do not be lazy to move," said Bidwell.
