Love Accelerate Healing

For physical health, there is a proverb an apple a day keeps the doctor would. What about the efficacy of kindness and compassion for our mental health?

An extensive review of scientific literature Dignity Health sponsored and conducted by the Center for Compassion and Altrusm Research and Education (CCARE) from Stanford University revealed the increasing scientific evidence that kindness brings healing energy.
Things like this sayangnyaa often overlooked. Though simple and inexpensive drug that is proven to have a significant impact on our physical health. The effect is greater than taking aspirin or quit smoking to reduce the risk of heart attack. In fact we do not need to go the pharmacy to buy it.

Actually, those who work in health care and studied medicine have long believed would benefit the kindness and compassion. Now there is scientific evidence that when patients are treated with compassion, especially when there is a business that patients know and there is empathy and communication, all of it produces a longer wound healing, reduced pain, reduced anxiety and accelerate patient care in hospitals.

Research also shows that when doctors and nurses act loving, patients are more likely to provide medical information that ultimately make a more accurate diagnosis. Patients also tend to be more obedient to the treatment of disease ultimately relapse less often.
The study also found that patients are not the only ones who benefit from the loving treatment. Doctors, nurses and people involved in caring for the sick also benefit. A good working environment helps employees more closely and not tired. This is important because they often work in a long time with great pressure.
