5 Food 'Unfair' which Turns Healthy


There is a stereotype in the nutrition guidelines to categorize certain foods to your diet is a villain. However, a number of which are considered food intake criminals were apparently not as bad as you think and it actually healthy for the body.

According to a lecturer in nutrition at King's College London, Scott Harding, all foods fit into a healthy diet. Here are five foods that are considered 'unhealthy' but actually your body needs.

Egg
Eggs are often called bad for heart health, since each grain contains 185 mg of cholesterol that causes high blood pressure. But studies over the past 20 years even encourage it because eggs are an excellent source of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.

Margarine
Margarine, which is made from plant oils, have been used in most developed countries since the mid-19th century to replace butter. Although could be avoided because they contain trans fats are linked to heart disease, margarine actually safe to consume and process food.

Potato
Chips ever considered unhealthy due to high glycemic index and is often associated with foods made from refined carbohydrates. In fact, potatoes are a rich source of carbohydrates, vitamin C, B vitamins, and minerals.

dairy products
The dieters had not encouraged to consume milk, butter, yoghurt and cheese because they opposed health messages. In fact, dairy products contain high protein and calcium your body needs despite having been carefully.

Nuts
Some experts recommend nuts are high in fat and calories should be avoided by anyone trying to lose weight. However, the results showed the consumption of nuts instead useful to maintain a healthy weight and reduce deaths from heart disease and heart attacks.

Raw nuts contain protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber and micronutrients. Peanut butter may also be an alternative to a healthy diet as a source of protein, fiber, vitamin B6, and magnesium, quoted by the Times of India.
