Food Pereda Stress and Maintain Ideal Weight

When stressed, we will usually look for food as a diversion or runaway emotions. Solution of stress like this, will generate stress in another because of the potential to make widening waistlines.
There are better options to relieve stress and disappointment. Here are four suggestions food healthy stress reliever from Keri Gans, M.S., R.D., nutritionist and author of The Small Change Diet.

Avocado
Avocados are loaded with vitamin B (which has proven to be a stress reliever), as well as monounsaturated fats and fiber, both of which help to fill you up, Gans said.
Enjoy a half servings of avocado with lime juice on it, and eat it with a spoon. Because avocados so creamy texture, it is precisely when eaten when you are stressed eager eat ice cream, said Gans.

Chocolate milk
Mood is not good and you want to eat sweets? Select only the children's favorite beverage: Milk chocolate.
"Chocolate milk contains potassium, which helps relieve spasms bibs, t if you're dealing with physical stress," says Gans. Be sure to choose low-fat versions of milk chocolate.

Oatmeal
The food is very rich in fiber will keep you full and give you an instant way to cope with stress.
"Oatmeal helps to enable the production of serotonin, which is a chemical compound that causes feelings of pleasure," said Gans. Use nonfat milk to taste (and you'll get extra protein and calcium).

berries
Eating a low calorie fruit is a healthy way to improve your blood sugar levels. Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, and his brothers, full of stress-busting antioxidants and vitamin C to boost immunity.
If you want a more filling snack or for breakfast, Gans suggests mixing the berries with low-fat Greek yogurt.
