Milk Fatty Lower Risk of Diabetes and Help Lose Weight

Over the years, nonfat milk consumed is believed to be better for weight loss than fat milk.

Low fat content, is predicted to be beneficial to health and it is important to help keep the body from obesity.

But now, two recent studies have revealed that it would be better to consume fat milk.

The scientists found that people who consume milk fat generally would have a better weight, than those who consume milk without the fat.

While those who drank milk fat, 46 percent less likely to suffer from diabetes than those who consume milk without the fat.

These findings also as the WHO report, that the world is facing the level of "shocking" of diabetes, which is a deadly disease that affects 422 million people worldwide.

Number of adults with the disease has increased four-fold in just 34 years, with a ratio of 1 out of 11 people are estimated to suffer from diabetes, according to the WHO.

For decades, precisely dietary guidelines recommend low-fat dairy products, as well as avoiding fat milk.

The guidelines are based on predictions about bone health and cardiovascular disease.

Nonfat milk or milk fat basically is known to have a large effect on risk factors for heart disease, according to a team of scientists at Tufts University.

In addition, a separate study from Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard University and the Karolinska Institute also looked at the effects of milk fat and nonfat milk in obesity.

But in fact the scientists found that women who eat high-fat milk instead prosuk less likely to become obese.

They also revealed that the intake of high-fat dairy was associated with weight loss.
