Stop Eating After Hours 6 PM Proven Success Diet

For dieters, the advice "do not eat after 6 PM" may no longer strange sounds. But, what is the content of the advice that even many who do not know the origin of this?

"I do not really know where this rule came from," said Dana Hunnes, Ph.D., MPH, RD, senior dietitian at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and an assistant professor at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.

Even so, Hunnes have opinions, eat at night, or exceed 7pm indeed associated with weight gain. And limit the big meal in the evening also proved the success of weight loss, too.

"Only rarely do that out of the bedroom or watch television in the evenings to eat kale. People prefer to eat a bag of chips, candy, or other high-calorie foods, "said Hunnes.

"So, eliminate meal at night can lead you to eat more healthily."

Examples of cases described Hunnes, when researchers at Brigham Young University involving 29 youths stopped eating after 7pm for two weeks, their weight loss of about 0.5 kg. When they were allowed to eat in the evenings during the following two weeks, their weight back up as much as 0.7 kg.

In other words, people who do not eat at night, can reduce daily caloric intake by 238 calories.

So, when asked if stopped eating after 6 pm may achieve weight loss, the answer is a fact.
