Dehydration Cause Heart Disorders

What is the relationship between heart problems with dehydration. The question may be in the minds of many ordinary people.

Nutrition experts, Luciana Susanto explained most of the human body consists of water. None of the organ that contains no water, including the bones. Therefore, adequate water supply, which is eight glasses of water every day, will help the human body organs working properly.

Speaking of heart, he, like other organs have specific functions. The function of the heart to pump blood around the body. When the body is dehydrated, the blood flow in and out of the brain are not balanced. This is because, veins of the brain is not working properly because of lack of fluids.



"This condition is more severe if a person has experienced heart blockage," Luciana said at an event in Jakarta, Thursday (28/2).

According to Luciana, similar damage can be experienced other organs. Therefore it is important for people to consume water as needed. "No shortage and excess, essentially enough," he said.
