How to Treat Diarrhea in Children

Not a few parents who thought she diarrhea is a sign that the child will run immediately, even though it was not true.

Described in general Muzal diarrhea are instances where dirt during bowel movements softer than usual, and there was more than three times a day. He said there are several things that can cause diarrhea include viruses, bacteria, parasites, unhygienic sanitation, poor sanitation, and poor nutritional status.

Therefore, he reminded diarrhea can cause dehydration due to water coming out of the body more numerous than the water that enters the body.

Physical characteristics which the child with diarrhea include drastic weight loss due to the amount of fluid out of the body, sunken fontanel (in infants), concave-shaped eyes and no tears when crying, dry tongue and conditions when pinched hard skin back to its original state.

"If a child is experiencing symptoms such as severe dehydration he means that he, and possibly diarrhea. Treatment should begin from home, by giving ORS fluids, water solution starch, food that is not too sweet, not a lot of fiber and spices, and should not be allowed fast, "he said.
