5 Formula Happy

Happy is the right of every person. However, the feeling of happiness that can affect the health of people happy usually more longevity. But sometimes life is not always happy thought by you. In fact, probably many things around you that can make you feel grateful and happy.
Some say happy was "created" not "discoverable". This may be true, because you can actually create your own happiness. Here are some things you can possibly do to feel happier.



1. Do not start with the big things. Great achievement might be happy. But what's the harm if the little things that seemed to look trivial is to make you happier. Try not to wait until too hungry to eat and get enough sleep. Many studies have shown that both of these have a huge impact on happiness.
2. Do not let anger for too long. Research shows, however, anger is a natural human feeling. People can not be separated from anger. But at least the man can control it. Do not let it last too long in your mind. Let go of anger and other negative feeling as soon as possible.
3. Fake it until you feel it. Feelings follow actions. If you're feeling sad, sengajalah to act cheerful, then you will find yourself really feel happy.
4. Enjoy all the processes, and even failure. Do not be afraid to face challenges and new things, because that is the key to happiness. The human brain when stimulated by surprise it will give a strong sense of satisfaction. Always say to yourself, "enjoy the lessons of failure."
5. Do not go overboard with your grief. People often just enjoying a protracted with sadness. Even grief is often a reason for people to eat more and waste a lot of money. Then you should do the opposite, Keraslah on your grief. Do not let your protracted in sadness.
