5 Source Allergens at Home

The best way to prevent allergies is to avoid the allergen. It's easy if the allergen is something that clearly we know. However, to avoid pollen, dust, or mold is not easy because they are in the air.
To minimize exposure to allergens, to know the places in the house that mostly contain allergens. It also means you have more frequent cleaning.
1. Pet
Quite a lot of people who suffer from allergies animals, but its source is not the pussy or the dogi. Animal dander can also cause allergies because they contain dust and dead skin cells.

2. Carpet

3. Books
The book is a treasure for lovers of reading, but the book could become a den of dust mites, mold spores, and other very small organisms that can be allergens. Ceramic by sucking surface regularly book or a book store in a closed place.
4. Sofa
Overstuffed furniture that usually keep dust mites. To prevent this, use of leather, vinyl, or other slippery surfaces. Avoid furniture store in damp areas.
5. Bed
