Snoring during sleep often goes unnoticed someone. However, it does not mean it can not be overcome. Following these simple tips to reduce snoring during sleep.
1. Do not work too hard.
2. Clear the airway, especially the nasal cavity and mouth before going to bed.
3. Do not smoke or drink alcohol, avoid eating foods containing fat because it will trigger stomach acid up into the airway.
4. Reduce weight.
5. Sleep on his side and head higher. Wedge head with a pillow or hand to facilitate airway.
