Water Sports Tap Osteoporosis Risk

A study shows water sports, such as swimming and water aerobics, can improve bone and muscle strength.

However, these results are only visible if the water sports done routinely for six months. "We have examined a woman who trains his muscles in the gym and in the pool," said Linda Moreira, a researcher at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo.
