Do not Just Drink Milk for Breakfast



The breakfast menu is ideally meet the needs of one third of total daily calories that the body stay energized and nutritional needs are met. But quite a lot of people who think drinking a glass of milk or even sweet tea as breakfast.



Although in a glass of milk contains carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and vitamins, but a glass of cow's milk contains only about 60 calories.
"Do not just drink milk. Better intake plus others such as bread, noodles, cereal, or rice," said Chairman of the Indonesian Nutritionist (Persagi), Prof.. Hardinsyah.


Indonesian culinary diversity allows us to choose different types of breakfast menu. Starting from tubers, miscellaneous porridge, coffè, fried rice, fruits, vegetables or until rice cake pecel added.

 Breakfast habits will help a person more easily focus and concentration as well as the always energetic. For those who do not have time for breakfast at home because of work or school that much, so it is advised to bring lunch can be eaten in the car or at the destination.


Breakfast is not only required of children. In adults who are in a diet program, breakfast habit can actually prevent obesity. Breakfast will prevent us from overeating during the day.
