10 Everyday Objects Storage Germs are rarely cleaned

When talking about dirty stuff, we would imagine a toilet or trash. Apparently, the items we use everyday, even some often we take, no less culpable.

Actually quite a lot of personal items that we use often also contain bacteria, but we never clean. Here are 10 objects around us were dirty and clean way.

1 sponge or napkin 
Bacteria and food particles easily caught in the sponge holes. With damp and dark conditions, bacteria can easily multiply.

solution:
Use antibacterial sponge and dish soap to reduce bacteria. However, both of these things have not been strong enough to eradicate bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella. So, get used to soak the sponge in the liquid household bleach for 5 minutes at least once a week. Entering the sponge in the microwave for 2 minutes high temperature also proven to kill 99% of bacteria.

2 coffee maker 
Although coffee contains antimicrobial particles, the engine still needs to be cleaned. Most of the machine not hot enough to kill the bacteria that grows in damp and dark environments such as in watersheds.

solution:
Once a month, fill the coffee machine reservoir container with a mixture of water and white vinegar (50-50 ratio) and then turn on the engine. This technique is able to prevent the growth of algae and some bacteria. After one hour, remove the rest. Rinse the coffee pot anyway.

3 antislip carpet in the bathroom 
Rubber carpet which prevents the slipping, it is also a nest of bacteria and mildew. Stagnant water under the carpet is difficult to evaporate and create a humid environment. Moreover, studies have shown the bathroom floor is one of the most contaminated places germs.

solution:
Wash the rubber carpet once a week with hot temperatures. Give bleach whenever possible, because not all the same way carpet treatment bath. Keep well this carpet of clothing and sleeping equipment. You can also use a wood floor instead of the carpet. Maintenance is also easier because it only needs to use a disinfectant.

4 Place dirty clothes 
Clothes that we use after sports, lingerie, and fabrics soiled a dream house for bacteria.

solution:
Separate the clothes are really dirty and somewhat clean in different pockets. Include the bag when washing that have contributed to the net. When you use a rigid basket, use a disinfectant to clean it. Be careful using bleach for cleaning the basket so that the color does not fade.

5. Headphones 
Listening to music with headphones be a fun way without disturbing others. Unfortunately, the headphones could save could be full of bacteria, whether it's in the bag, or left lying in the open. In addition, the use for one hour to make the bacteria in the ear attached to the headphones.

solution:
Soak rubber earphones that can be removed for 15 minutes in a mixture of vinegar and water. After that, soak in water for 10 minutes just to be dried. For the headphones that can not be removed, wipe with a mixture of soap and water. Do not get wet electrical components. Use a toothbrush to clean the dirt in between them.

6 Key 
Holding the key with dirty hands is tantamount to moving the germs, especially if the owner never cleaned the key.

solution:
Although the metal key itself is antibacterial, you can rub with soap or disinfectant without water mixed so clean and shiny again.

7 Handbags 
A study showed that women handbags is one of the dirtiest tern touched daily. In fact, other small research found 25% of the 50 bags tested contained E. coli bacteria.

solution:
Avoid the habit of putting a bag on the floor like a dirty place. Get used to clean or wash bag with disinfectant at least once a week.

8. Carpet yoga 
You never missed practice yoga at a yoga studio? Do not forget to clean the carpet yoga (yoga mat). Maybe you unconsciously hold yoga rugs on the floor that has been exposed to other people's sweat.

solution:
Bringing personal carpet is not too helpful if not cleaned regularly. Make a habit of using only one side of the carpet and use a towel to wipe the sweat so it does not fall onto the carpet. When drying, make sure both sides of the rug exposed to the wind. Use a little dish soap and water could also be an option.

9 Bag sports 
Quite often we put dirty clothes sweat directly into the bag. Though the clothes could have been contaminated with germs in the gym. Researchers claim that the gym bag can spread the infection.

solution:
Keep dirty clothes in a separate bag before being put into the bag. The bag should be sealed and not perforated. The lack of air circulation can limit the growth of bacteria. Get used also cleans the bag with a disinfectant or washed once a week with high temperatures.

10 Shoes 
The study found a very high number of bacteria in the shoe. Even the use of shoes to help spread the bacteria such as E. coli and bacteria that cause pneumonia. The reason is simple, because the path we are not all been cleaned.

solution:
There is no perfect solution. However, a study suggests for not wearing shoes in the house at all.
