Positive emotions and good quality health actually interrelated. This is because the body and mind are connected.

Descartes once mentioned that it was a separate body and mind, to work on their own. However, Descartes proved wrong! Since the last 50 years scientists have discovered that the body and mind are connected. In fact, they are so intimate and inseparable.

The relation between the body and the mind gave birth to a new branch of an inexact science, namely the psycho-neuroimunologi (PNI). This science explores the relationship between mind, brain, and immune system.
