Not Got Sports? Replace with This Activity

Intention to start the day with exercise usually will never be realized if the daily busyness began pounding. However, the desire to have a healthy body and burn calories can be achieved in many ways. If you do not have time to go jogging or the gym in the morning, just do daily activities that can burn a lot of calories.

* Calories below are calculated based on the weight of 68 kg to 73 kg. The more your weight, the calories burned will be more and more.

At home: 
1 Sweeping or vacuuming 
This activity can burn 65 calories in 15 minutes. If it does not have a vacuum cleaner, can be replaced with a sweeping and mopping. To optimize upper body workout, use hand weights.

2 Cleaning with maximum 
Scrubbing the bathroom floor until shiny can burn about 250 calories. When you do not have time or are too heavy, you could do a lighter. Examples wipe the dust on the furniture. You will burn 160 calories in 1 hour.

3 Digging snow 
This activity is most severe. In one hour, you can burn 400 calories! Indeed there is no snow in Indonesia, but you can dig up the soil for planting. In addition to sweat, you also can enjoy the results of plants grown.

4. Tiptoe 
Yes, tiptoe like a ballerina can burn calories. You can tiptoe while waiting or doing activities in one place such as washing dishes or folding clothes. Hold tiptoe position for 10 seconds, then repeat.

5. Listening to music 
Not the music that will burn calories, but your movement. When working at a computer or watching TV, wear headphones and listen to your favorite music. Do not be shy to dance to the rhythm of the song because you're burning calories!


In the workplace: 
1 Standing 
Some jobs such as cashier or graphic designer to make your day just sitting passively. When you have to focus on a computer or other machine, you can still burn calories by standing. Standing while working for one hour only, can burn 35 calories.

2 Change sitting position 
Sitting upright with rhino will make your abdominal muscles to contract more than bent. The position thus can burn 10 calories per hour.

3 Push-ups 
Push-ups are here not as done in the gym. You certainly do not want to attract the attention of superiors and colleagues too much. Use your desk as an armrest. Put both hands on the head of the table with wide shoulders. Just do 20 times.

Exercise 4 feet 
You can also burn calories while sitting. Lift both legs up to the thigh parallel. Hold as you can, and will burn calories.

5. Lifting weights while calling 
Provide light weights at your desk. When you receive a call, start lifting the load.

Outside the room: 
1 Use the stairs

4 Wash the car 
In addition to frugality, you'll train the hand and stomach. Car wash for 30 minutes can burn 150 calories.

One more, laugh! Laughing for 10 to 15 minutes each day can burn 40 calories. Quite a lot is not it?
