Gluten Free Food Healthier of Food Fair

Gluten is a type of food that is usually avoided by dieters. But the truth is gluten-free foods are healthier than ordinary food?

In this world there are really only 1 percent of the population who have celiac disease (allergy to gluten). Surprisingly, normal people who do not develop the disease even more and more are trying to avoid the consumption of gluten.

According to scientists, the food does not contain gluten it is usually more expensive than regular foods. In addition, it is usually gluten-free foods contain more sugar and fat. The aim of the manufacturers add sugar and fat is certainly a little food tastes better.

If seen sugars and salts, gluten-containing foods do not contain gluten or turn out the same. There is no evidence that a gluten-free diet more healthy and nutritious food than usual.

Experts suspect the rise of gluten-free food trend is due to several celebrities on a diet of gluten that skinny body. That's why people started to try to eliminate gluten from their daily diet to get into shape.

Unfortunately, a number of gluten-free products themselves is considered appears as a marketing ploy. Sometimes there is even a food that does not contain gluten from the beginning but plastered labeled 'gluten free' so that buyers are more interested in these products rather than competing brands. So, in fact gluten-free foods are not healthier than ordinary food.
