Soybean oil More than Coconut Oil Make You Fat

Scientists at the University of California, Riverside, conducted experiments on mice and found that a diet high in soy oil causes obesity and diabetes is higher than the rats that were fed a diet high in fructose, a sugar commonly found in sodas and processed foods.

Rats experienced weight gain of almost 25 percent compared to mice with a diet of coconut oil and 9 percent more weight than mice fructose-enriched diet, a higher cause weight gain rather than coconut oil.

Deol Poonamjot scientist who directs the project said that the finding was a big surprise, especially since the news about the potential dangers of consumption of sugar causes obesity epidemic currently appearing every day.

This study also includes extensive analysis of the changes in gene expression and metabolite levels in the liver of mice fed a diet of this. Soybean oil enriched diet can affect an individual's response to drugs and toxins from the environment. There is a possibility shows the same response as a mouse.
