Eating Peanuts Every Day Handful Lower Risk of Dangerous Diseases

People who eat baked beans 20g per day, or about a handful of beans, have a lower risk for developing dangerous diseases.

Add the baked beans as a snack routine to be able to reduce the risk of heart disease by nearly 30 percent, cancer by 15 percent, premature death by 22 percent, 40 percent diabetes, and even death from respiratory diseases by 50 percent.

Researcher Dagfinn Aune, of Imperial College London, said, "We found a consistent decline in the risk of dangerous diseases is different, which is a strong indication that there is a real relationship between nut consumption and health outcomes are different."

Aune rate, this is a pretty big effect of small amounts of food. "Only a handful every day," he said.

To obtain these results, researchers involved dozens of people who regularly eat all kinds of nuts and studied its effect on long-term health. Nuts assessed able to fight oxidative stress, which became one of the triggers of cancer and other dangerous diseases.
