Things to Avoid Difficult To not Sleep

Some habits make a person feel sleepy difficult. Though this can be avoided in order to get the best sleep quality. Less tidr can make performance worse because the immune system is reduced. Quoted from Helpguide.com, Tuesday (1/7) here are some habit that should not be done before bedtime:

1. Eating too much when the night
If you really want a great meal, you should do at the beginning of the night. Besides prone to obesity, satiety make your body in a state of alert. Makaan Also avoid too much salt when peds and night.

2. Do not drink alcohol 
One that alcohol can help you fall asleep faster. Relaxing effect produced can make you sleep, but also woke up. Avoid alcohol at least one hour before getting into bed.

3. Reduce consumption of caffeine 
The effects of caffeine can last ten hinga twelve hours after swallowing. Avoid caffeine after lunch hour.

4. Restrict fluid intake at night
