Positive and Negative Sides of Water Lemon Every Morning

Sometimes, the health trend that many people are not followed according to the practice, as well as advice given by health experts for regular drinking lemon water contained in the "infused water".

Most people would agree that it would say that water has several benefits including lemon, good for digestion, may help control levels of "alkali" in the body and boost immunity. But if doing it as simple as it would provide great benefits for health?

The danger
Although lemon juice may be good for digestion, but the lemon water can result in minor damage in the process of its way to the stomach.

"By adding (acid) lemon to the water, you can increase the risk of erosion of the enamel layer, which can cause problems. In fact, eroded tooth enamel can not be replaced," said dentist Matthew Messina.

Well, that hobby you consume lemon water does not cause negative effects, there are some "signs" that should be known:

- Drink as part of a meal, do not take it for granted. "The goal is to help stimulate saliva production," Messina suggested. Saliva will neutralize harmful acids and food particles from the teeth, as well as help protect teeth from decay.

- If you want to drink in the warm lemon water in the morning, try to wait for it to cool slightly, then use a straw. "It can help push the fluid in the teeth to come out," said Messina.
