Tips to Improve Concentration and Memory Brain

Memory and concentration decreased brain? Is there anything you can do to overcome this? Here are some things you can do to improve memory and concentration, reported by the Body and Soul, Monday (9/2).

1. Clear your mind
While it is tempting to keep thinking of all the things you have to do, is more beneficial to cleanse the mind at least a few minutes a day. Meditators say, they are more focused. The Dalai Lama once said, "I had a busy day in the future, then I have to meditate twice as long."

2. Herbs
There are some natural remedies that can help sharpen the mind. Gingko biloba has properties treating brain insufficiency. Other spices that can improve concentration and brain memory is brahmi, gotu kola, rosemary, and sage.

3. brain food
The brain relies on the flow of blood glucose. Without a brain food, you may be tiredness, irritability, hunger, nausea, and dizziness. Classical period in which low blood sugar levels ranged between 15.00-16.00 every day. You can keep blood glucose levels by eating small meals every two to three hours.

Breakfast is very important and should include some protein, such as eggs or baked beans. Many people drink coffee to relieve their pockets. A cup or two cups of coffee will increase the blood flow faster and make the mind more clearly. However, only drink one cup a day.

4. Music and mind
