Stress is known to interfere with a person's health. Numerous scientific studies show the negative effects of stress occurred in the performance and appearance.
However, there is a positive side of stress that may help a person become more productive, creative, and successful.

Instead of letting the bad stress drag someone into the abyss of unhappiness and fatigue, the following simple steps to harness the power of stress in a positive way, as reported by Huffingtonpost, Wednesday (4/2).

Positive thinking to yourself

If you get a negative response, do not rush to put in mind. Negative responses always come to us, but let us not judge something without understanding the meaning first. Change the direction of our thoughts and make a negative response that appears to be a motivational and helpful comments that can lead us to a better direction.

Understand the characteristics of self

Every individual has different habits, some people are afraid of public speaking, and some other people happy to hang out with a lot of people. Such things that can trigger negative stress when we do not have full control yourself. Try to understand ourselves, to do what you want to do and do not do what you do not want to do. This can reduce the level of stress because we just have to do what we should do without fear.

Change lifestyle

Modern environment now looks more challenging than provide inspiration for humans. Doing work that we do not like or together with persons who sucks, will have a negative impact of stress. We can change the lifestyle in accordance with what we want to help mitigate the adverse effects of stress, such as premature aging, weakened immune system, brain damage, and the threat of mental disorders.

Making difficult chance as a challenge

Difficult opportunity often comes and is regarded as impossible to do. However, that kind of thinking will only give a negative effect for the psychology of a person as a result of stress. We can begin to make a difficult chance that there is a new challenge and positive. Thus, the body will be motivated and productivity, focus, and our overall performance will increase.
