Spicy chili Can Lose Weight

Spicy food enthusiasts certainly familiar with chili. It feels eat no favors if not feel the sensation of spicy flavor. Benefits chili was not only increases the appetite.
According to the study the University of Wyoming, eat chili can help you lose weight. According to the study, peppers contain capsaicin compound that makes it feel hot. Capsaicin is believed to speed up the metabolism in the body.
Capsaicin will make the body feel hot to burn fat. The results showed that capsaicin will help convert white fat into brown fat.
To note, brown fat is good fat in the body. Brown fat is usually found on the neck, shoulder, or back. Brown fat can increase energy expenditure and burning calories in the body.

According to researchers, the capsaicin in chili is also able to prevent a person is obese, it can even prevent health complications due to obesity, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and other cardiovascular diseases.

This study was expected to be a solution and prevent obesity diet naturally. Besides peppers, capsaicin is also found in peppers.

However, this research is still ongoing as yet clinically tested on humans. This research has been presented at the meeting of the Biophysical Society 59th in Baltimore, USA.
