Sitting Too Long Speeding Death

A recent study noticed the effects of sitting for too long with health. As a result, sit too long it will accelerate the risk of death.

According to an American study, those who spent 11 hours a day sitting will increase the risk of death by 40 percent. The results of the study no doubt make them read the contents of the findings be worried.
