Here's Plant Food Libido Aphrodisiac

Do you know what is the same as Casanova, Cleopatra and novelist Alexandre Dumas? They all use chemicals or natural aphrodisiac to increase libido and stimulates sexual desire them.

Since ancient times, various foods have been associated with increased fertility and sexual appetite. The term aphrodisiac comes from the name of the Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite. Shape, taste, and smell of certain foods considered for inclusion in the category of food of love.

Bananas

Not only because of its shape resembles the male genitalia, but also because of the nature of countless favor. Bananas contain vitamin A, B, and C and potassium. Vitamin B and potassium is known to increase the production of sex hormones in the body.

A banana is also packed with Bromelain which increases testosterone levels. High levels of sugar in banana also provides the energy that helps the couple in action in bed longer.

Oyster

This kind of shell is probably the most famous aphrodisiac. Oysters contain a lot of zinc. Please note, zinc deficiency can impair male fertility and sperm count. Oysters also has iron which helps add your sex drive.

Avocado

In the era of the Mayan civilization, avocado eaten to improve sexual arousal. Although fat, avocados also contain folic acid, vitamin B6, potassium, omega-3 fatty acid, and oleic acid. To produce testosterone men clearly need fat.
