7 "superfoods" for Kidney Health

Most natural foods has many nutritional benefits, but there are among those eligible for special consideration.

Although there is no scientific definition of the term "super foods," most people think super foods are foods that have a number of antioxidants, vitamins or other nutrients are unusually high.

If we talk of kidney health, these seven super foods that according to the National Kidney Foundation, is very good to improve kidney health and maintain your overall health.

1. Apples

Apples are a source of pectin, a soluble fiber that can lower cholesterol and glucose levels.

6. Spinach

7. Ubi

Yams, sweet potatoes especially, is a storehouse of beta-carotene, vitamin A and C. Sweet potatoes are also good sources of vitamin B-6 and potassium which is good.
