There Must Eat Organic Fruit and Vegetables for a Healthy

Feel the price of organic fruits and vegetables are too expensive? Do not worry, it appeared that some types of fruit and vegetables more resistant to pesticide contamination.

Environmental Working Group (EWG) in the US has just released guidelines in 2017 Shoppers' Guide to Pesticides in Produce, which contains a list of fruits and vegetables were found the least affected by exposure to pesticides in the analysis tests conducted with the US Department of Agriculture.

"Organic produce is not necessarily nutritional content is higher. Other fruits and vegetables at least affected by the pesticide is pineapple, papaya, asparagus, onions, and cabbage. More than 80 percent of the samples tested even no pesticide residues at all.
