Recommended Men Eat Broccoli


Consumption of vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage can reduce the risk of prostate cancer in men. A study found that the high number of sulforaphane in these vegetables can reduce the risk of many cancers are diagnosed among men.

Sulforaphane may prevent or slow the growth of malignant cells. "Studies have shown treatment with sulforaphane can normalize IncRNA level," said assistant researchers from Oregon State University Laura Beaver, as quoted from the Indian Express.

Beaver admitted, consumption of vegetables with high sulforaphane could affect more than just the prevention of cancer. According to him, the vegetables that have the ability to be developed as a method to reduce the rate of cancer.

"This study raised interesting ideas related to chemo prevention research," said Beaver.
