Eat Healthy , Fast Metabolism

Metabolism is the term used to describe the various processes in the body so that each function running normally and maintain viability . RMR is the minimum number of calories used by the body to function properly at rest , so this does not include the calories needed for daily activities or exercise .

Level RMR each person varies depending on the genetic condition , body size and composition , gender and age . Someone who has more muscle will burn more calories when resting .

Men usually have less body fat and more muscle , so they burn more calories . Along with age , muscle tissue will be reduced while increasing the fat tissue . As a result, the metabolic rate slows participate . Other factors such as disease , drugs , malnutrition and hormonal imbalance also affects the metabolism .

The energy required for the body to carry out its basic functions tend to be inconsistent and not easily changed . However , diet and body composition can affect body functions .

Eat more vegetables and fruits , eat fish at least 2 times a week , and reduce sugary and fatty foods . A healthy diet with a balanced amount of calories will be in accordance with the RMR .

Meanwhile , exercise not only helps the body burn extra calories but also increases the muscle , so that RMR will increase . Aerobic exercise is the best way to burn calories , while resistance exercise will increase muscle mass .
