Evaluate Your Diet with 4 Question It

Health and condition of our body is the result of what we eat every day . If we feel the weight easy to ride , often experience indigestion , or emotionally unstable , it might be time to reevaluate the quality and quantity of nutrients entering the intake .

To find out whether the eating habits we are doing is right or not , Karen Ann Kennedy , certified health coach and president and CEO at The Caring Coaching Center , LLC The Caring Coaching Center , gives the following four key questions :
1 . What do I eat ?
It's not a question of origin , even though most people who feel healthy eating means eating less . According to Kennedy , while not knowing what is in the food you eat , eat in smaller portions also still provide the desired impact .

" It is important to always check the labels of foods purchased . Better yet, to not buy packaged foods or just buying food with a list of contents only five ingredients or less , " he said .

2 . Where does food come from?
Is food from farmers who take care of the good plants or from plant food that has been mixed with chemicals to prolong its durability ? More natural diet would be healthier than the chemicals that have been added . Therefore, try to buy food that is more natural .

3 . Why do I eat ?
It is a big question is to ask your primary reason mengasup a meal . Is it because of hunger and need or simply want to ? Do you eat out of boredom , loneliness , sad or angry ? Do eat to replace energy lost due to exercise ?

By knowing the reason to eat , then you will more easily identify emotional eating is bad for health . When the desire to eat even if not hungry it comes , try to turn your attention to other activities such as a walk .

4 . Did it feel after eating ?
Before eating , try to ask what would be felt after eating , not only physically , but also mentally . If you feel guilty , sad , annoyed , even angry , or may feel bloated or dizzy , then it is likely you desire to eat simply because of emotion .

Kennedy said , to add a sense of knowing that your skills will feel after eating , then you need more practice . For example, by noting that you feel after eating a meal . By doing so , you so always remember if a problem occurs after eating , such as an allergic reaction .
