Chilli Seeds For Health Benefits


Chili, spicy the dishes which can add to the enjoyment, has various health benefits. However, to maintain maximum efficacy of the chili, there are some things that must be considered when processing.

Claudia Debtarsie Kliranayungie, nutritionists RSCM Kencana, advised not to throw chilli seeds and fibers that capsaicin is not reduced. Seeds and white fibers in the chili is often discarded in favor of reducing the spicy taste.
