Five type side dish Pauk Low Carbohydrate

When you believe in doing a low carb diet, side dishes we eat there specific types. As the five types of low-carb ingredients suggested, as quoted Timesofindia, Saturday (21/03/2015).

Chicken and fish

Chicken and fish are a type of material rich in protein and low in carbohydrates. For those who do low-carb diet, the two types of materials are always dependable. Therefore, the protein needed for tissue repair and function as building the body's energy.

Red meat

Red beef and mutton is a diet low carbohydrate items, especially if consumed in moderation. Red meat is a good source of iron and high protein.

Dairy products

Dairy products such as cheddar and parmesan cheese is a suitable material is used for the low-carb diet. But this does not include yogurt and milk that is high carbohydrate source.

Vegetable

Salad vegetables such as cucumbers, lettuce, broccoli, and cauliflower are very low in carbohydrates. You can include non-starch vegetables in a low-carb diet.

Fruits

Certain fruits such as coconut, apple, papaya, peaches and strawberries are low in carbohydrates. But there are also some types of fruit that is not recommended because of the low sugar so it does not function as a low carb.
