Our bodies need water to live healthy enough. So how much water is needed for the body? However, there are many myths about the lack of proper water believed many people.

Diligent drinking water makes the skin soft

The statement is a misunderstanding. The amount of water that we drink does not affect much the skin or our appearance. Skin moisture level is determined by external factors such as environment, skin care, and oil glands.

Haus sign you should drink

Feeling of thirst is not a sign of dehydration. Thirst only appears when the blood concentration increased less than two percent. But the thirst could prevent us from dehydration.

Many drink while being sick

Drinking too much water in certain disease conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure and swelling of the feet and hands can lead to complications. If you have the condition, consult how much water can be consumed to your doctor.
