Fat is included in the nutrition of the most avoided, especially for those who are afraid to gain weight. In fact, the body needs fat as an energy source and also the material for the formation of hormones. Its presence in the appropriate amount of it can be healthy for the body.

"These fats have a more damaging and inflammatory nature in the body. Avoid as much as possible, so read food labels, if they contain trans fats or hydrogenated fats, choose another brand," said Emilia.

Meanwhile, good fats are not to be feared, among others, are unsaturated fats. This type of fat can be found in olive oil, beef cows raised by eating grass, eggs from chickens were removed at the farm, fish from deep water, beans, and avocado.
