The strongest relationship between flavonoids and weight loss found in flavonoid anthocyanin found in blueberries and strawberries, then the polymer flavonoids found in tea and apples, as well as flavonols found in tea and onions.
Although as observational research studies still have limitations, the researchers said that these findings may help to improve dietary patterns previously for obesity prevention.
